Welcome! My name is Hillary

Art therapy & storytelling are my passions. I encourage embracing creativity and curiosity when looking at the parts of ourselves we wish to heal. This process helps to promote an empowered, stronger, and more compassionate relationship with ourselves.

 

I am a HAES-aligned therapist, compassion-focused, and will journey beside you as we work towards building trust within your body, mind, and soul. 

 

Specializing in anxiety, depression, body image, self-esteem, and disordered eating, I offer individual art and psychotherapy for adolescents and adults.

Complete the "Contact Me" form and we will schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we are a good fit for therapy. At this time we can talk about any questions you might have.

After our phone consultation, we will schedule our first therapy appointment.

 

I will send you a therapeutic intake packet that will need to be completed before our first meeting.

Attend our first meeting! Together we will explore a bit about what has brought you to therapy, set intentions, and begin building our therapeutic relationship!
